This promotional short video was completed and published over the weekend. SAJKA is hosting a South African seminar for their students with Japanese instructors Taniyama Sensei and Okuma Sensei teaching.
The video emphasises the cultural uniqueness of Japan when viewed in a South African context by using sounds that are peculiar to Japan. Taiko drums, shamisen and other traditional musical instruments can be heard.
Adobe After Effects was used for editing purposes and Adobe Illustrator for the creation of some of the graphic elements.
Thank you to SAJKA for the opportunity to work on another interesting project!
